Pourquoi faire appel à un photographe immobilier plutôt que prendre les photos soi-même ?

Un photographe maîtrise la lumière, les perspectives et la retouche. Le résultat : des images nettes, cohérentes d’un bien à l’autre, qui donnent à l’annonce un aspect professionnel. Pour une agence, c’est aussi un gain de temps sur le terrain.

Quels sont les délais de livraison ?

Les photos sont livrées sous 24 h ouvrées après le reportage, retouchées en HDR, dans une galerie privée téléchargeable.

Combien de photos reçoit-on ?

Cela dépend de la formule et de la surface : 21 photos pour l'offre confort, 36 pour l'offre Signature. Des photos supplémentaires sont possibles sur demande.

Intervenez-vous en dehors d’Angers ?

Oui, dans le Maine-et-Loire et les départements voisins. Un forfait déplacement est ajouté au-delà de la première couronne d’Angers.
